We hate food waste, almost as much as we hate paying big companies massive amounts of money to act as middlemen! So we are doing our own version of too good to go.

You'll receive a few of our amazing items that are surplus but still great to enjoy. These include things like the schiacciata sandwiches, pizza al taglio, plum tomato bread and occasionally desserts! 

We recommend reheating savoury items in an air fryer (if available) for around 180C for 5 mins, but keep checking and ensure they're heated throughout. They can be heated in the microwave.

Homemade pomodoro tomato sauce served with spaghetti, finished with fresh basil and grated parmesan.

Prepared with crispy pancetta, cooked in a rich tomato sauce and finished with basil. 

Fresh trofie pasta tossed in a rich Calabrian nduja and Italian sausage sauce, slow cooked with sun dried tomatoes, rocket & garlic. Finished with fresh basil & grated parmesan.

My youngest daughter requested this one, I think it's my favourite so far! Home made Oreo and white chocolate cheesecake, it's amazing 😍 

It seems my kids have a natural gift for coming up with amazing dessert ideas! 

As the title says, this amazing cheesecake slice features a biscuit base with caramel cream and topped with galaxy caramel chunks.
